SHIPPING POLICY

At TOGUD, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here’s how shipping works.

1. Where We Deliver
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery is available.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (or COD verification). Orders placed on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

These are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, high order volumes, courier issues or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Exact charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can use it to follow your delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will usually make up to [2-3] attempts. If delivery fails because the address is wrong, the phone is unreachable or the order is refused, the order may be returned to us.

7. Please Check Your Package
Check the package when it arrives. If it looks tampered with, damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video, as described in our Return Policy.

8. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. TOGUD isn’t responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
